with Leigh Aschoff
Meet challenges with curiosity, deepen your authentic leadership skills, and bring your gifts more fully into the workplace.
Why
Leadership is an invitation to grow. Each time you step into a leadership role—whether it’s your first or your fiftieth—you’re called to deepen your presence, expand your skills, and bring your authentic gifts forward. True leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about being willing to meet challenges with curiosity, balance, and authenticity.
How
In Leadership Development Sessions, you’ll enter a space designed for reflection, clarity, and transformation. Together, we explore the real challenges you face as a leader and uncover new choices to bring into your professional life. My approach is rooted in Compassionate Inquiry, informed by Supervision Training with Jeff Chang and Private Mentoring with Gabor Maté, and supported by Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Transpersonal and Intuitive Energy Healing, and the spirit of Aloha.
What
These sessions are for both new and seasoned leaders who want to embody their gifts, grow their capacity, and lead with integrity. All sessions are offered worldwide via Zoom. If you’re ready to deepen your skills and step into your vision of ideal leadership, I invite you to book a complimentary phone call today.

I can not thank Leigh enough for such therapeutic, relational work. I was honored to be her client. Not only did she support me relationally, her documented notes following the session were wonderfully thorough and invaluable. She improved my confidence and gently highlighted my gifts. Leigh has a gentle presence. What I liked the most is that she asks the kind of feedback that you would like to get and designs her guidance accordingly. She makes sure you feel fine with the feedback and gives space for what might arise in you in your journey towards being the best you can be through self exploration with meaningful guidance and mentoring. I learned so much in our sessions. Thanks Leigh!

I appreciate Leigh's unerring capacity for both clarity and compassion, and her willingness to brainstorm together as co-learners and co-creators. Her approach is the perfect balance of soft and precise. If I had to describe sessions with Leigh in just three words, they would be: Spacious, Vibrant, Fruitful. And, ok, a fourth: Inspiring! My deepest respect and gratitude to Leigh--I highly recommend working with her.

Letter From Leigh
Hello and welcome. My name is Leigh. I see mentoring as an invitation into deeper, embodied awareness of your skills.
Stepping into the challenges of your work can bring up a lot. The tensions you face are invitations to fine-tune your skills and deepen awareness of your gifts. This leads to greater balance, flexibility, and presence in your professional life.
In our sessions, I practice with unconditional positive regard and confidence in your capacity to connect with yourself and transform what may be holding you back from more grounded, balanced work.
These sessions give you time and space to reflect on challenges and to recognize the gifts you already bring — learning how to embody them more fully each day. The process is both pragmatic and creative, always guided by what you most need.
In my own experience, the most effective professionals I worked with were clear and balanced in themselves. That clarity fostered trust and allowed for more efficient, joyful work. When you deepen your skills, the whole professional ecosystem benefits.
My approach is rooted in Compassionate Inquiry, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, and informed by neuroscience, creativity, and somatic healing. I am here to support your growth. I believe in your capacity to connect with your authentic gifts and bring them more fully into your work.
If you are reading this, I honor your curiosity. Book a complimentary call to learn more.
Sincerely, Leigh Aschoff
