Nervous System Support
for Attorneys
Addressing burnout, emotional numbness and the cost of performing composure.
For attorneys ready to address what is happening underneath the performance. The exhaustion that does not go away with a vacation. The flatness that follows you home. The jaw that will not unclench. If you have tried to manage this and found it is not enough, you are in the right place.
The Work
We follow your body's guidance. Not what you think should be addressed, but what your system is actually holding.
The approach is Compassionate Inquiry, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. It is body-based and relational. It works with the whole person, not just what the mind can explain. Sessions are spacious, unhurried, and led by what is present for you.
This is not coaching. It is not therapy. It sits in its own category, and attorneys who find their way here tend to feel that difference as familiar.

Hi. My name is Leigh.
I have spent over a decade doing this work with people who needed something more than insight or strategy to actually change.
I am not a therapist or a coach. That is a conscious choice. What I offer is in its own category and the people who find their way here tend to feel that difference as familiar.
I work with attorneys who are already asking the deeper questions. Who have done enough of their own work to know that something is still unaddressed. Who sense that the gap between how things look and how things feel is not something they can think their way out of.
If that is you, I am glad you are here.
