Saying affirmations out loud or to yourself in a mirror are potent ways to deliver and digest. Using your voice is powerful as is seeing yourself speak that which you want to create/embody.
✨How to sense if an affirmation is right for you:
>>> Read the affirmation a few times quietly and out loud
>>> Notice how your body feels when you read the affirmation
>>> If your body relaxes, becomes more grounded or open these are great signs to try out the affirmation
>>> Trust what you sense
>>> If you find (or write) one that resonates, I recommend reading it out loud 2x a day for a few weeks
