On Boundaries
Boundaries protect our wants and needs. They protect what we need to have protected and they allow our vulnerability to be safely shared, when we choose to share it.
Being in alignment with saying no brings life to our yes.
Having boundaries means taking responsibility of our human and soul space in this embodied experience.
Having boundaries means knowing what a free floating belief of others is.
Having boundaries means we do not have to suffer through abuse, however soft or harsh it may be.
Having boundaries means embracing our own value and preciousness, from within, and protecting this, with self-honor and self-respect.
Having boundaries means we are in an active partnership with ourselves.
Having boundaries means we get to have our reality and let others have theirs.

You are invited to join us on March 13th for a group guided healing meditation. The experience will include the following:
-a brief education about boundaries
-gentle body movement to get in our bodies and invite an energy flow
-a guided healing meditation designed around the theme of boundaries.
We will ground and clear. You will receive a recording if you join. 3/13/21 6pmPST, one hour.
