BOUNDARIES PROTECT OUR WANTS AND NEEDS. That protection is both intellectual and energetic (knowing and embodied sensing). Our auric space is sacred. When we do the work to be clear on what is a “no”, we get to experience more clearly what a genuine, authentic “yes” is. This includes GIVING and SHARING and the source of this, when authentic, is generative and resonant in all directions of the exchange. Know your no. Preserve and protect your sacred space. Be curious and see what your yes energy is like and what it syncopates with.
