Grounding Heart Meditation & Healing
Being grounded supports our ability to feel secure & connected with our community. During times of stress, it is natural that our energy wants to move up & out of our bodies, particularly if we have had any trauma around our sense of security & belonging in the world. When we practice grounding into mother earth we are free to open our hearts to receive unconditional Love. This is an excellent way to love & care for ourselves. By grounding & opening our hearts to Divine Love we can create safety, security & belonging in our own bodies.
This is a grounding heart meditation I have created to support us in being grounded & open to Divine Love. I recorded it during a rainstorm in Santa Barbara, California. Enjoy & please share with others.
