Letter To My Younger Self

Dear Leigh,

Your heart will connect you with love in your life experiences & you will follow the call of love, as you receive it.

You will travel far & move around, seeking in others what only you can give yourself.

You will be evacuated from your home during a fire & this will awaken you to feelings & details of your post-natal life experiences that will set you on a path of healing discovery for many years.

You will be brave in seeking your own truth through the thorny yet empowering path of lost feelings.

Connection to your truth will ground you in a deeper, embodied sense of what it is like for you to be present, to be here.

You will grow to see & know love interdependently.

The subtle dream crushers will fade away from the center stage of your heart.

You will experience profound disappointment & wounding from spiritual guides & teachers not in alignment with the work. You will use these experiences as ways to clarify & integrate your own integrity & self-authorship.

You will learn to distinguish dysfunction from true love & this will come from a connection of esteem, alignment & surrender from within.

You will reroute your nervous system, body & heart to lean into inner, galactic connection rather than outward seeking & self-abandonment.

You will know in body, heart & mind that true sharing with heart is possible and there is no longer a need to over-give to be loved.

You will grow to embody the human & soul practices of the techniques you study and you will go on to offer & share with others personally & in private practice.

You will know true belonging & safety in your own body and heart.

Many of your biggest fears will come to fruition yet you will see that these are part of your soul’s design. You will sense, know, hear and see how you are always held by the presence of Divine & Akashic Love & these experiences are expanding, enriching and delightful to your soul, heart & journey.

Dear Leigh, I love you at every age of every lifetime, in this moment and through all of infinity.
