healing is an art form just like everything else in life.

so much of life is missed because we aren't present for it.

so many moments of connection are lost because we fear being vulnerable.

so much love is bypassed because people do not show up in ways that honor one another.

we are all here together on planet earth. this is our world.

i stand for showing up and being in the care of one another, in all circumstances.

a moment at a gas station is just as sacred as a moment with an intimate loved one.

we create the world we live in by how we treat one another.

i stand for being honest with one another and choosing actions that show loving kindness, to everyone around us, every day.

honoring you, with you, in and between every session.
