My experience of parts work is that all parts have Self Energy within them. It is the resonance of being related to from the core Self Energy that activates the Self Energy in each part.
It is very common that a part that shows up to help needs to be updated about what your life is like now. These parts that show up with outdated strategies need attunement, compassion, patience and calm.
When you align with your True Self Energy and lead from this place, a lot can shift with a part that shows up like an imposter.
The problem is “feeling like an imposter”. The pain is the isolation and confusion this yields in your relationships over time.
