Have you ever noticed how many emotions might emerge and flow through you in one day?

One of my favorite aspects of the Honoring Sessions that I share is the invitation to come into a new relationship with emotions as they arise in our bodies, as they emerge to the surface of our awareness in the present moment.

When we are willing and open to co-create with our emotions, to witness them, to get in touch with them, to be curious about what they might want to show us, there is a different relational experience in our internal world.

Another aspect of this that I love, is that there is a spaciousness in the relationship we can have with our emotions, so that we are not identifying with them.

When there are many emotions flowing through our bodies and our energy, we can notice and be in relationship rather than merged with them or pushing them away which often includes an element of tension.

Each one of us has a very precious and unique invitation and relationship with the emotions that we work with.
