Using the Elements to Deepen Your Bond with Yourself

USING THE ELEMENTS TO DEEPEN YOUR BOND WITH YOURSELF:
Stay connected to your inner world, your internal self, your core, your essence.
Deepen this bond you have with yourself. Use your awareness and your breath to tune in. This is your space of intuition; this is your space of truth and belonging.
With eyes closed or open:
Bring your awareness inside your body and/or to the core line up of energy centers (chakras).
If your energy were earth, what would the earth be like?
If your energy were water, what would the water be like?
If your energy were fire, what would the fire be like?
If your energy were air, what would that air be like?
If your energy were space, what would that space be like?
You can tune in to all elements or choose one or a few. Practice shape-shifting the element/s you choose with your breath and attention. Explore your own ability to self-reference and heal.
If this is challenging for any reason, honor where you are and know that you are exactly where you need to be. Be a loving witness to yourself exactly as you are. Breathe, allow and settle into the present moment.
