Willingness and Truth

These were inspired by reading my teacher’s book, “When the Body Says No”. I shared this in my recent post with quotes and wanted to share in images because what came through resonates as supportive to everyday healing.

May we connect with heart-peace and know, in our bodies, the resonance of love and belonging.

Bringing to awareness that which is unconscious is a profound opportunity.

Compassion, curiosity, genuineness, presence and playfulness are essential for this delicate growth.

May we remember to nurture ourselves and what is true for us through connecting to and listening to our bodies.

Our Bodies are here now; they feel, sense, know, love, grieve, listen, speak, see and receive. And through all this they give us so much.
