For Visionary Professionals: Somatic Healing Rooted in Compassionate Inquiry

Reconnect with your truth, transform relationships, and lead from within.

Through a unique blend of creativity and somatic healing, I invite visionary professionals to reconnect with their authenticity and confidently share their truth. This work supports personal freedom, fulfilling relationships, and purpose-driven leadership.

If you value integrity and creativity—but struggle to feel deeply connected to yourself or others—this work is for you.

I offer Compassionate Inquiry, a somatic, trauma-informed healing approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur. Our sessions invite you into the truth of your experience so you can gently release limiting beliefs and honor emotions that may have been held in silence.

Somatic Healing for Whole-Person Transformation

My work integrates Compassionate Inquiry with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Transpersonal and Intuitive Energy Healing, and Aloha-based principles. These modalities support deep listening and attuned presence—always at the pace of your nervous system.

Each session offers a grounded space to meet what’s alive in your body and life. As you reconnect with your inner experience, you’ll gain clarity, emotional freedom, and the capacity to meet yourself and others with compassion, authenticity, and balance.

I work with heart warriors — sensitive souls who’ve known deep hurt, been wounded in love or early life, and are ready to return to presence, connection, and truth.

Many of my clients are navigating the impact of early relational trauma, grief, or long-standing patterns of emotional suppression. They often feel like they’ve had to bear the unbearable. Together, we work to gently reconnect with inner knowing, release what no longer serves, and create space for deeper connection, purpose, and peace.

I support individuals working through:

— Separation, loss, or grief

— Childhood neglect, abandonment, or othering

— Developmental or relational trauma

— High sensitivity or empathic overwhelm

And offer healing for:

— Trauma healing and nervous system regulation

— Anxiety, burnout or emotional shutdown

— Depression and emotional numbness

— Self-worth, self-esteem, and boundary repair

— Grief and loss

— Embodiment and energy body awareness

— Emotional processing and integration

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

Having had numerous therapists (individual, marriage counseling, child psychiatrists for offspring) all with differing approaches over the years, these sessions felt like a revelation. Instead of just talking about and intellectualizing emotions from outside the session, the Compassionate Inquiry Sessions examine the emotional and physical reactions as they are happening.

Leigh is brilliant at then opening the door to the origin of one’s various reactions to the world, mostly meaning your childhood. I found that it has produced powerful and productive new skills for coping and examining my relationships in a way that is compassionate to myself and the people in my life

The process connected me with a clearer picture of the person that I believe I am, all my flaws included, while providing me insight into the personal growth journey I intend to keep exploring during my life.

I feel more equipped to create meaningful boundaries with people, including the guilt free ending of relationships that have become untenable, and even the respecting of painful boundaries others have set with me and being ok with it.

As long as there are other people in the world, emotional challenges seem to arise sooner or later. So, it was easy for me to draw from my own life experiences for a session wherein Leigh would hone in and clarify and simplify what I was bringing into a clear intention for the session which she then gently refocuses on if things drift off course. It really makes you feel that you have accomplished something at the end of the session, which feels wonderful and positive even when it is dealing with the more difficult things in life.

My experience from the sessions was continuously grateful to both Leigh and her gifts and to myself for giving myself the gift of meaningful self exploration.

If I were to describe the session experience in 1-3 words, I would say - It is golden.

I recommend Compassionate Inquiry sessions with Leigh to everyone.

MISSIVE FROM LEIGH hEART PEACE

Hello and welcome.

In our sessions together, I offer you my presence with unconditional positive regard and deep trust in your birthright to connect with your heart, body, wisdom, and wholeness. I view healing as a creative unfolding—rooted in embodied connection and inner balance.

We are wounded in relationship, and we heal in relationship. Our work gently invites you into deeper connection with yourself. This healing process is creative and honors your presence, pacing, and uniqueness.

Energy flows when you allow yourself to be who you truly are. Healing emerges through vulnerability, authenticity, and compassionate presence. I’m honored to meet you here, heart to heart.

My own healing journey began with early separation from my parents at five weeks old. Over decades of receiving therapy and immersing myself in the healing arts, I’ve come to deeply understand the transformative power of empathy, attunement, and unconditional positive regard. These relational qualities—offered to me by gifted practitioners and therapists—are foundational to the way I now accompany others.

Professionally, my work is informed by trainings in creativity, yoga, somatic, intuitive and transpersonal energy healing, neuroscience, education, and Compassionate Inquiry—a trauma-integrating approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur. His teachings on welcoming our wounds with compassion awakened something profound in me, catalyzing healing in my own life and in the lives of those I now support.

I believe in your innate capacity to heal. It is your birthright to reconnect with your heart, body, wisdom, wholeness, and health.

In each session, we honor your intention and your pace. Your system leads. Through gentle, present-moment inquiry, you are invited into deeper awareness in the unique ways you need. In this space, pain and suffering become wise guides—pointing the way back to your heart, body, and inner truth.

Aloha
Leigh Heart Peace

Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It's a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity. — Pema Chödrön
