HELLO

We are wounded in relationship and we heal in relationship.

My own healing journey began at five weeks old when I was separated from my parents. That early experience shaped me in ways I did not begin to understand until much later.

The deepest healing I have experienced has happened at a pre-verbal, pre-natal, somatic level.

Talk therapy helped. It also had its limits. What reached things at a different depth was body-based, relational and slow in the best possible way.

That depth is where Polyvagal Theory lives too, work I later studied directly under Dr. Stephen Porges, in how the nervous system itself holds and releases what talk alone cannot reach.

I am a certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner, trained under Dr. Gabor Maté. His teaching on meeting our wounds with compassion rather than judging them awakened a passion in me that called me to somatic healing work.

It changed my life in incredible ways. It now inspires how I accompany you in the sessions.

Through over more than a decade working with others through healing approaches, I have come to trust one thing above all: the wisdom is already within you.

My role is being your ally in an integrative healing process. I offer presence, curiosity, and compassion where what wants to be seen and held is brought into the light.

I work with high achievers, attorneys, doctors, CEOs, investment bankers, and artists, who are ready to go beyond performance to truly meet and know themselves in an honest way.

I am also a working artist myself, a photographer with a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, once recognized by Surface Magazine's Avant Guardian Project, with work published alongside a play by Hilton Als.

I understand creative energy and how it plays into everything, especially a healing process. It's genuinely why I'm great at this work.

I also understand the pain of performance. But my real strength, where I'm most at ease, is creative energy itself. That comfort is what makes my trust in the work, and in people, so profound.

If you sense that the composure you have spent years perfecting is depleting your capacity to be present, this work can help you.

You are, in your own way, likely already on this path.

I am glad you found your way here. Welcome. Set up a call to meet me and hear more about how this work can support you.
