Allow for a moment your mental energy to soften; allow your brain and thinking mind to relax. Bring your awareness and breath to slowly drop down into your heart space. ⁣

What is there that asks to be honored? ⁣

Align with your inner loving witness in the space of your heart. From this vantage point within your heart, you are aligned with an eternal flow of grace and unconditional love. Let this space be the focal point of your awareness and deep breathing. Look out from here to witness what is active in your heart.

As you align with your inner loving witness see what is active in your heart with grace and allow for this to be, exactly as it is, as you, without changing, resisting, adapting or judging. Breathe deeply and allow your breath to flow through your heart and your entire system.⁣
