"The more we are ourselves, the less alone we feel. We are never really alone when we have ourselves." - Carol S. Pearson

As I walk my own life path with an intention of aligning with what is true for me, I also align with the invitational work the gift of being able to change throughout life gives us.

How do you do spiritual work? Practice! Every day.

That's what I do. And when I mess up, (which for me usually means overcompensating from a place of not-enough-ness or moving out of my center, an old habit of disempowering myself), I practice again.

Practice can be grueling (especially with something new!). It is the best when _we choose_ to practice.

Growth is choice.

What are you practicing?
How are you growing?

It is all practice, process and in that a kaleidescope of integration, as much as we allow it to be, through us.

May all beings experience love, heart peace and belonging.
