Thank you Dave Petersen, one of my teachers in the Compassionate Inquiry training, who shared this quote with us.
I am thinking of the beautiful view that we are all teachers, for one another. In this view, the illusion of outer authority and power dynamics dissolves a bit.
As we move forward on earth together, I am encouraging connection for us all.
My focus on self-connection is specifically for those of us who have lost connection with self somehow. In returning to self-connection and wholeness, we can access freedom to be in connection and trust with others. This includes healthy boundaries, honest limits and consideration of dosage (moderation).
In my stories yesterday, I saw the majority who responded needed inspiration over integration and movement over rest. Whichever you need today, are you willing to give it to yourself with love and compassion?
When we actively offer ourselves attention, compassion and connection, we are more able to share our gifts with one another in community connection.
Reach out to loved ones or a healing practitioner if you need support.
There are many free resources here on my website and YouTube channel. I am also available for a variety of one on one healing sessions.
This quote also resonates with how I see the healing process. When we meet, I share with you the healing approaches and we work together to compassionately inquire into your inherent loving wisdom.
May all beings experience heart-peace, love and belonging.
Free Talk: Self-Abandonment and Self-Connection with Leigh Aschoff
[ Click the image above or here to watch the video. ]
Enjoy this talk about self-abandonment and self-connection. Two areas very close to my heart, embodiment and spiritual journey.
Self-abandonment can show up as people pleasing, anxiety, disconnecting from one's feelings, overcompensating, disconnection from one's body, often saying yes rather than no, weak boundaries, exhaustion, avoidance, confusion, disconnection from embodied truth, et cetera.
I look forward to sharing about this potent and very important topic. I will also share about the pathway of self-connection in the ways I understand it.
Do you have a regular practice of self-connection?
How do you connect with your body?
How do you connect with your sense of wholeness?
We all receive our own pathways of returning to wholeness.
The healing process is never really "done" or finished. This is the beauty of the infinite heart. This is the beauty of the infinite relational exchange we are having as embodied souls.
Healing happens in relationship. I am here for it! Join me.
I am available to work with you one on one! Currently I have availability in my schedule. Find the link in my bio to find out more. Bless.
May all beings experience heart-peace, love and belonging.
Free Talk: Embodied Belonging with Leigh Aschoff
[ Click the image above or here to watch the video. ]
This is a brief talk on embodied belonging. It is such a vast and deep topic. These are some of my thoughts on it coming from my embodied experience, the karmic/emotional themes I work with in my life and also through the healing approaches I am trained in.
Enjoy! Looking forward to continuing the tour. With heart, Leigh
May all beings experience heart-peace, love and belonging.
What Does Soul Growth Look Like In The Heart's Eye?
Do our souls grow as we open to and exercise relating with our spiritual themes?
Do our hearts expand when we bring a regular focus of breathing and seeing from this sacred embodied space?
How does breathing into heart and embodying heart-peace change you? Does this change you?
Does heart-peace change your relationship to other beings and your environment? If so, how?
Spiritual themes + heart-peace-vision…
Thinking about these today as they bloom into my awareness…
Wishing you all a lovely weekend. ✨

With Love, Let’s All Have A Look At Our Spiritual / Emotional Themes
With love, let’s all have a look at our spiritual / emotional themes and look into the dark to see the areas we need support in being more competent.
With love, let’s release the dysfunctional shame about our imperfections and start seeing our pain as an opportunity to discover something within us rather than pointing to something or someone outside ourselves.
We are all whole. And it is by discovering and being honest about our pain that we can free ourselves and one another.
“Only when compassion is present will people allow themselves to see the truth.”
― A.H. Almaas

Affirmative Heart-Peace Inquiry
Affirmative heart-peace inquiry for the weekend. Thank you to everyone enjoying the person-centered healing tour.
I do not totally enjoy going live however my spiritual guidance and closest compeers have encouraged me to speak more so I am.
Also, I am really here for deep one on one work with people ready to connect with heart, body-truth and freedom from internal/external oppression.
May we all heal in the ways we need, in the ways we can, in the ways we ARE.
With humility and heart,
Leigh

Why I Don’t Call Myself An Energy Healer
Hello Compeers : Here is the live from tonight where I shared a little about why I don’t call myself an “Energy Healer”:
•* magical thinking
•* demystifying healing
•* calling out spiritual persuasion & seduction
•* resisting the marketing bs
•* cults / multi-level marketing / programs
…stuff like that was shared + a heart-peace centering…
Also!
I will have my Akashic Pathway open for the group - meaning anyone who wants to join live can ask questions (inquiry to the Akashic Records & the realm of Divine Love). Also welcomed are general questions about anything (does not have to be for Akashic Inquiry).
If you can’t make it live, I’m open to a question commented below or DM w question.
See you soon!
Leigh
Willingness and Truth
These were inspired by reading my teacher’s book, “When the Body Says No”. I shared this in my recent post with quotes and wanted to share in images because what came through resonates as supportive to everyday healing.
May we connect with heart-peace and know, in our bodies, the resonance of love and belonging.

Thank you Gabor Matè and thank you to ALL my teachers.
A willingness to discover hidden truths within is a radical quest.
Bringing to awareness that which is unconscious is a profound opportunity.
Compassion, curiosity, genuineness, presence and playfulness are essential for this delicate growth.
May we remember to nurture ourselves and what is true for us through connecting to and listening to our bodies.
Our Bodies are here now; they feel, sense, know, love, grieve, listen, speak, see and receive. And through all this they give us so much.
✨
Currently open for Transpersonal Energy Healing, Akashic Readings, Akashic Integration & Akashic Intuitive Guidance.

“To find health, and to know it fully, necessitates a quest, a journey to the center of our own biology of belief. That means rethinking and recognizing — re-cognizing: literally, to “know again“ — our lives.
…the key to healing is the individual’s active, free and informed choice.
…Liberation from oppressive and stressful external circumstances is essential, but that is only possible if we first liberate ourselves from the tyranny of our ingrained biology of belief.”

Heart-Peace Inquiry: Questions for Self-Connection
The questions I read during the heart-peace igtv were offered from my Divine Love Akasha inquiry.
These slides show the questions for further self-inquiry. These can be wonderful to try on your own, using your intuition and/or opening your Akashic Records or using a Pathway Process.
Dialoguing about what comes through with someone else interested in heart-peace inquiry can enrich the experience as well.
I currently have openings in my schedule for Transpersonal Energy Healing sessions, Akashic Record Readings, Akashic Integration and Akashic Intuitive Guidance. To book a session, follow the link in my bio.
Questions or comments? I welcome you to comment below or email me. My email is in my bio as well.
If you know someone who would appreciate these questions please tag them below or share the post to your stories. Thank you so much for your presence!

Heart-Peace
Enjoy this brief video on Heart-Peace which has blossomed to be an essential aspect of person-centered healing and person-centered everything (IMHO).
What does heart-peace feel like for you?
What does heart-peace mean to you?
How can you connect with or create heart-peace in your physical and energy body?
Why is heart-peace relevant to you?
What does heart-peace want to show you?

Loving Our Wounds & Changing Our Journey
Do all lost paths, discovered, lead to spherical paradox — > ?
: the more I relate lovingly with my wounds, the more the map I am journeying changes.
As I heal, the direction I move in shifts, as I do.
As part of the Person-Centered Healing Tour, I share with you this map (second slide).
This is my current visual exploration in showing how the different healing techniques I am trained in connect and overlap.
To expand further I will do a IGTV because it's better spoken than written for "the feed".
As a person, I honor the time, patience, and gentless it takes to ask, to see, to see again, to shift, to receive, to grow, to shape and be shaped... and to return to layers of awareness.
Part of how I see this work is that it lights up your awareness and shows you things by responding to your calls, your questions, your dialogue. Let it be about _your system_ and how things land _for you_.
If healing is a journey to heart, peace, belonging & love — is it familiar as we journey, as we become, as we arrive?
There is a natural resonant nature of both fear and empowerment that can come with asking & being willing to see. Change can be scary; it can also be incredibly freeing & empowering.
I'm still landing after a full weekend of class/month #5 of "Embodying the Source of Your Consciousness"...
...the tour continues!! Thank you for being here -- this is my favourite tour because I am a highly sensitive introvert and the real 3D tours, though I only experienced a few, were very challenging. I took a lot of long late night walks with myself lol
May all beings experience heart-peace, love and embodied belonging.
Person-Centered Healing
This is a brief video on person-centered healing which is the style in which I offer the healing techniques I am trained in.
Person-centered healing is a return to self-connection and wholeness.
I support you in discovering and working with the spiritual/emotional themes in your life.
The healing techniques I offer are all based in heart, self-connection & mindbody. My passion is honoring the creative path your wisdom takes to reveal itself.
Person-centered healing has an intentional focus on your inner wisdom in an environment of unconditional positive regard, genuineness & empathy.
All the techniques I offer invite you to experience an emergence of embodied truth, heart-peace, play & freedom. When you relax into your truth & are seen, healing & vitality flow.
Person-centered healing is a Rogerian approach to all the readings and sessions I offer. This is inspired by Carl Rogers who practiced client-centered therapy, as a therapist, which is a humanistic approach to healing. This style of healing highlights genuineness, unconditional positive regard and empathy.
This approach is very important to me as a healing practitioner both in regard to business model and especially when honoring the wisdom within each human being as the way to healthy transformation in heart, connection and embodiment.
The best way to start learning more about what I offer and how is to visit & read my FAQ page.
In service to education & ethically practiced relational healing,

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

Gentle Presence
MOMENT FROM TODAY: Raja in the fall light. Raja helps me in my daily practice of living in moderation. How? His presence and his invitation, to me, to share in loving presence together. Gentle presence is an essential part of staying within moderation, for me, and I truly cherish all my relationships with people, animals, nature, food, books, art, learning, teaching, et cetera, that support me in this way. I am definitely not here to be perfect; I am willing to try again for moderation when I go beyond the bounds of my own limits and I do my best to welcome the gentle invitations to presence that are all around me, every day.

Resting your attention into heart aligns you with the center of your being.
Heart has a language unique to itself and this is for your private discovery.
Having a relationship with heart connects you with your inner wisdom.
Heart inquiry can inform you on any active grief that wants to be seen.
Grief in heart is a journey gift of the profond breadth of love.
Breath is life energy flowing through you.
Breath has an *all that is* quality to it.
Commingling breath with heart invites your soul and human self into conscious contact.

Breathing into heart invites you to relax into peaceful presence.
A life lived from heart is inclusive to your body and your body language.
Heart loves body and soul equally.
Breathing into heart can reveal an inner guidance system for you to breathe into at any time.
Heart-peace is what I lean into when I need to connect with myself more, when I need to connect to something greater than myself, when I experience fear or confusion and when I need a moment to breathe and relax. Heart-peace is a pulse I stay consciously connected to. This heart rhythm supports me in my life, every day, and it helps me live my life aligned with what is true for me. My relationships with other people benefit from my ongoing return to breath and heart-peace.
How do you connect with your heart?
How does your breath commingle with heart?
What does heart-peace feel like for you in your body?
What does your heart say to you?
How does heart-peace guide you?
We Are Designed To Heal

Say yes to your truth.
Live from heart.

You can schedule Compassionate Inquiry Sessions and/or Akashic Records Session with me directly through my website.
Both of these healing approaches invite you to an active returning to self connection and wholeness.
I often work with people growing through loss, grief, depression and trauma recovery.
Blooming Down
What invites a person to say yes to an Akashic Record Reading or Transpersonal Energy Healing?
What invites a person to embark on a pursuit of healing?
Often times, the things that lead us to healing are wounds - fresh or ancient - being activated in some way.
Let it be karmic so we learn.
Let it be energetic so we see, release and align.
Let it be known, to ourselves and the infinite, that we are tending to ourselves
and
in the process,
growing
down
deeper into our bodies, through heart.
This is one way I see healing. It is also a way I have learned to appreciate my wounds - because of the wisdom and freedom they invite me to.
We need heart and body with mind. Heart and body know and this knowing can show the mind new (and needed) ways.
We may resist yet heart-sentience tells me the deeper mind loves to surrender to the touching wisdom of the high heart and listen to what (and how) a body speaks.
Wounds can lead us up and out of our bodies energetically.
Being with self, feeling, knowing and sensing in heart can bring us down into our body.
There is a blooming down, a descending bloom that is natural to being with, seeing and aligning with deeper truths. Sometimes truths are old images. Sometimes truths are long-abandoned needs. Sometimes truths are songs we sing.
All the healing techniques I offer are invitations to relax more deeply into your true self and with this resonance, enjoy being alive, with greater freedom and flow.
Being In Love With Nature
When the smell of the earth welcomes you,
When the smoothness of a stone soothes you,
When water returns you to flow,
When the sun warms and softens your wounds,
When the feeling of the wind on your skin reminds you,
When the dust of infinity speaks to your heart’s inquiries,
When your voice sings a love song to Mother Earth,
When light’s beauty anchors you in the now,
When you resonate in compassionate syncopation with all that is.
LOVE is nature’s song.
—
This poem came through me while I was hiking. I now see creativity as a sacred experience and potentially a sacred act, if we choose to receive and act on or create with what flows through us.
I am in love with nature and have so much gratitude for how much nature has nurtured me when I had no one or nowhere else to turn to.

Relationship with Self
Deepening relationship with self means LOVING.
Loving self creates safety within our bodies. This invites truth to step forward and be seen. As we receive our own truth through relationally loving ourselves, we have the beautiful opportunity to bloom this truth.
✨How do you love yourself?
✨What are you discovering within yourself by loving yourself?
✨How is it a challenge to love yourself?
✨What truths want to bloom from within you?
✨What do you need to preserve the vulnerability of your aliveness?
Our bodies speak to us all day every day. How are we listening to the wisdom in our bodies, our cells? How are we making appropriate boundaries so that we have the SPACE to BLOOM as our WHOLE (TRUE) selves?
We do not have to give up parts of ourselves to be loved.
Boundary systems are discoveries of self-respect.
Loving self, with heart, is a profound process of curiosity, listening and patience.
How do you love yourself and create boundaries so this ongoing loving relationship is possible?
